Quería que aprendieras a descansar lo suficiente en dos áreas de nuestras vidas. Esto se basa en la experiencia personal y les estoy haciendo saber que funciona para mí. Dos áreas donde se está produciendo un descanso adecuado son: lo mental y lo físico. He tenido algunas batallas mentales que he superado a través de la oración, leyendo la palabra de Dios, y manteniendo mi relación personal con Dios en un nivel elevado. Así que déjame decirte que no es fácil por ti mismo o misma, pero con Dios, todo es posible. Todo es posible para aquellos que creen en Su nombre, Sus promesas, que creen en Sus planes. He caminado esta vida caminando sobre esta simple verdad sin ni siquiera saber que esta verdad existía: Romanos 8:28- Y sabemos que a los que aman a Dios, todas las cosas les ayudan a bien, esto es, a los que conforme a su propósito son llamados. Para esta pieza de escritura, solo compartiré lo que hago que me ayuda a aplicar esta escritura. Pero primero, analicemos las escrituras = No nos conformemos a este siglo significa: No hagas las cosas que hace la gente que no sabe lo que le gusta a Dios y lo que realmente significa Su verdadera santidad. Se explica por sí mismo, no deberíamos hacer nada que no esté de acuerdo con el carácter de Dios. Ejemplos serían: Si Dios es santo, nosotros debemos ser santos. Si Dios es justo, nosotros debemos ser justos. Si Dios es amoroso, debemos ser amorosos. Si Dios es bueno, debemos ser buenos. Si Dios es amor, debemos ser amorosos. Etc. Cuando alcanzamos un nivel elevado de relación con Dios, debemos preocuparnos por lo que a Él le importa, actuar, y movernos de la manera en que Él quiere que actuemos y nos movamos sin importar lo que digan los demás al respecto.   For this writing piece, I'll just be sharing what I do that helps me apply this scripture.  But first, let's break down the scriptures = Do not be conformed to the pattern of this world means:  Don't do the things that people that don't know what God likes and what His true holiness actually means, do.  It's self-explanatory, we shouldn't be doing anything that doesn't go along with God's character.  Examples would be:  If God is holy, we must be holy.  If God is just, we must be just.  If God is loving, we must be loving.  If God is righteous, we must be righteous.  If God is love, we must be loving.  Etc. When we get into a heightened level of relationship with God, we must care about what He cares about, act, and move the way He'd want us to act and move no matter what anyone says about it. I wanted you to learn how to get adequate rest in two areas of our lives. This is based on personal experience and I'm letting you know it works for me.  Two areas where adequate rest is being produced is: mental and physical.  I've had some mental battles I've overcome through prayer, reading the Word of God, and maintaining my personal relationship with God on a heightened level. So let me tell you that it's not easy by yourself but with God, all things are possible.
