If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Avoid adding unnecessary links too. 

How Long Data Is Retained:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its data are retained indefinitely. This is so it can be recognized and approved for any follow-up comments automatically.

The information you provide in the comments section on the blog is stored for approval. All users can see, edit, or delete their information at any time (except they cannot do so if a comment isn’t posted). The website administrator can also see and edit that information.

Consent is asked regarding the data collected from comments before submission to be used for ministry testimonial purposes.
